What I Wish I Knew in 1976: Interactive Reflections on Four Decades of Teaching Organizational Behavior
The session will begin with the (soon-to-be-retired) facilitator sharing the most important lessons about teaching OB that he has learned in 40 years of.....teaching OB. This introduction will serve as the point of departure for participants to reflect upon, and discuss, the developmental milestones they have experienced in their journey as OB instructors and educators. The goal of this session is to take a step back from the individual "trees" that inhabit OB courses in order to contemplate the "forest" of OB wisdom that we wish to cultivate.Author(s):
