9:00am-10:00am
(V-100)

Join us for our opening session. We will open with pre-recorded statements from President Micheal Stratton, OB1 Gary Stark, Conference Coordinators Gordon Schmidt, Kim O'Connor, and Michael Kirchner, and Executive Director Brandon Charpied.

Following those statements, the Purdue University Fort Wayne team will conduct a brief opening session and then send you out on your way toward our virtual conference.

For those of you that are newcomers - and there are over 80 of you!! - stick around a few minutes longer so we can welcome you to the organization and give you a brief look into what to expect not just from the conference, but from our journals and organization as a whole.

10:00am-11:00am
V-100V-200V-300V-400V-500

This session will discuss the longstanding goals of higher education as an industry and how we have failed to reach those objectives.  The opportunity is ripe to make change, and as thought leaders in management education, we must have the courage to stretch far beyond our comfort zones and the persistence to bring others along.  During the session, participants can join the discussion and collectively brainstorm what change should look like.
