Abstract: The personal strategic plan paper gives students an opportunity to think deeply about what is important to them and how they want to align their goals and career decisions to achieve the desired outcome. In our business ethics class, we spend several lessons discussing the book, “If Aristotle Ran General Motors”, by Tom Morris. This book looks at what the author considers the “good life” and how to achieve it. After spending the time reading this book, the students are asked to write an essay on what their good life looks like and how they can achieve it.
