Creating Connections: Colleagues, Curriculum and Community in Business Schools.

The current curriculum design typically focuses on performance of individual students in individual courses. This design creates a variety of problems noted in the literature, such as lack of integration between courses, insufficient attention to soft skills, and a lack of focus on working on real-world problems. This roundtable discussion is aimed at how a curriculum can be redesigned to deal with these deficiencies. There will also be a discussion on how a new design can increase cohesiveness among professors and focus on performance of departments rather than only of individual professors.
