Come to think of it, organizations are taught. Well, please do come to think about it together in this memorial session. We will ponder and appreciate what Peter Vaill taught us OB/OD/Management educators; a legacy reflected in this Society of Teachers he loved. Come to think about his lessons of being and developing avid practicing learners; practices carried out to the world, for over more than fifty years, by his students, readers, colleagues, and, in his last days, his podcast listeners. Come to think of how Peter would want us to teach our own colleges to stay afloat in raging white waters of this pandemic, also our students, colleagues, readers, and our MOBTS. How our teacher Peter B. Vaill would have loved the challenge of this conversation!
