Abstract: International assignments are increasingly important in the global economy, yet many students may have not considered these opportunities. This activity applies social-cognitive career theory and social identity theory to encourage participant’s consideration of such opportunities through role-play scenario of a Human Resources Manager discussing an expatriate job offer with an employee.
