A discussion of classroom interventions to increase student psychological resources and well-being

Well-being, Psychological resources, Classroom interventions

Business students must keep up with a fast-paced environment characterized by heightened expectations and competing demands. This pressure leads to increased concern for student well-being. Educators are now reflecting on their roles in enhancing student well-being. Our research identifies classroom interventions faculty can use to increase student psychological resources suggested to improve student well-being. After sharing our research, we will lead a discussion with participants to identify the most salient and malleable psychological resources based on participants’ expertise, and share useful interventions educators can use to increase resources and well-being.
