Please review the entire form before starting to fill it out to ensure you have all the required information. The preferred format of your uploaded paper is PDF. However, DOC and DOCX are also accepted. Your submission should be a single file.

Please note that in the AUTHOR(S) section of this form there is a checkbox to be registered as a reviewer. It is expected of those submitting to vMOBTS 2020 that at least one author from every paper should register to review.

If you are brand new to the organization/conference, or have joined within the last five (5) years (since 2016), please let us know how you came about being aware of our organization/conference.










Submission Information & Paper Upload
The abstract is strictly limited to 150 words. Please adhere to this word limit so that we may most efficiently lay out the conference program. The preferred format of your uploaded file is PDF, however DOC and DOCX are also accepted. Please upload all material as a single file. ALL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MUST BE REMOVED FOR THE SUBMISSION TO BE CONSIDERED.


Please be aware that pending reviews by both the review committee and the Program Chair, you may be requested to alter your session length so as to best fit the conference program. Following vMOBTS 2020 feedback, there will be no 30-minute sessions scheduled. All Experiential Sessions, Roundtables, and Cases should be submitted and prepared as 60-minute sessions. PDWs, Panels, and Symposia may opt for 60- or 90-minute sessions.
