Demonstrating The Power of Asking: Virtual Collaboration During Class Using A Miro Board

I describe an experiential activity that uses a MIRO board, which is a cloud-based collaboration tool. Students learn how to make effective requests and then make these requests to their classmates on a virtual whiteboard. Students tap into their own social network to provide offers of help to the requests of their class mates. This exercise demonstrates the vast range of resources and information we can have access to through our social connections, if we only ask.
