Teaching Behind The Mask and On Zoom- Role of Voice Techniques


Abstract: Academia has gone through a lot of changes as did other sectors of the businesses since pandemic. Teachers have become more vulnerable to voice problems due to their increased occupational demands especially after pandemic whether using zoom or wearing masks in class. In this proposal I introduce breathing exercise and voice techniques as a tool for teachers to use in class to prevent voice problems. I propose that using above listed tools will help teachers to be present vocally and physically more evolved because of recent scenario that brings new challenges.
