Abstract: This session will provide a roundtable setting for instructors to share and learn about integrating more racially and ethnically diverse academic sources (website articles, journal articles, tools, etc.) into their management and organizational behavior syllabi. We will discuss the importance of the integration of diverse academic literature into our syllabi, the barriers to integration, and we will devote the most time to brainstorming and sharing the resources we currently use in our classrooms. We invite you to be a part of this session. All notes will be shared by the facilitators with session attendees afterwards.
