Abstract: This session provides insights from an experiential exercise where students implement a change in their own routines to enhance their well-being and improve their work-life balance. The assignment also serves as a means to create a caring and supportive classroom culture. The exercise has relevance to many common course topics such as change, decision-making, leadership, and motivation. This exercise can be applied to diverse learners over a month, semester, or year. In this highly interactive session, I will share all implementation details, foster discussion about challenges, and share qualitative data from those who have completed the exercise.
