Abstract: In this session, facilitators will explore reflection as a pedagogical tool in leadership education. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of reflection levels and reflexivity practices, from introspection to constructive discourse. The workshop delves into the role of written exercises in cultivating self-awareness and addresses evaluation as a central component of reflective practice. Learn how to prepare learners for meaningful reflection, focusing on practical tactics. The workshop emphasizes identifying leadership learners' developmental readiness for reflective learning, ensuring a tailored approach. Access materials and activities via a QR code. Participants will leave equipped to foster reflective practice, contributing to personal and professional growth.
