Abstract: The popularity of artificial intelligence (AI) has skyrocketed in the past two years thanks to innovations in the technology industry and Large Language Models, such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google’s Bard. In management education, some worry about issues related to AI, while others argue about its benefits and can even define it as the next generation of effective pedagogy. In this session, we present an activity and discussion to demonstrate the capabilities of AI systems, with a particular focus on ChatGPT. We then discuss advice on effectively incorporating and harnessing AI systems into one’s assignments and how to deal with the topic of AI systems more effectively in general.
