Abstract: This article discusses using a case study as a pedagogical tool for enabling undergraduate students to connect, explore, and evaluate organizational behavior theoretical concepts in an authentic business situation. The Case of Moody National Bank encapsulates multiple individual, group, and organizational-level topics through its characters and scenarios. It provides instructors with an efficient resource they can introduce once and reuse many times, saving time and enhancing students' focus on important concepts. The flexibility of the case enables instructors to build supplemental examples and discussion questions tailored to their courses. This session application includes the case development method, findings, classroom execution and learning objective details, and our proposed session objectives. The two-part case and sample discussion questions with anticipated responses are included in the appendix.
