Pedagogical Innovating: Windows of Opportunity For Pedagogical Epiphanies

Abstract: How does the phenomenon of pedagogical innovating occur? Is it through accumulating incremental and small changes leading to a major break from the past? Is it a punctuated epiphany as an unexpected window opening, that leads to a major change from what used to be an accepted instructional routine? What are the possible barriers to innovating? We are interested in cultivating a wider awareness of and research on the phenomenon of pedagogical innovating by encouraging others to share their narratives on their pedagogical innovations.
