Abstract: Do you teach a principles of management course? Are there some topics in the course that you find difficult to teach? Are there other topics that you hit out of the park? Come join us as we engage you in four of our favorite exercises in the course – one for each of the four functions of management. The exercises focus on the topics of decision-making (under the planning function), change management (under the organizing function), stress management (under the leading function), and types of control (under the controlling function).
