Peer Coaching In The Classroom: An Example and Discussion

Abstract: This session will review how instructors can implement a peer coaching initiative into their classroom. We will start by reviewing the definition, skills, and behaviors of peer coaching. Then, a roadmap of classroom peer coaching will be shared. Next, participants will be put into pairs to develop their own ideas for peer coaching implementation. Finally, we will have a large group discussion to review and provide feedback on their peer coaching plans.
