Abstract: This interactive exercise submission concerning establishing the significance of reflective practice for teaching management and organizational behavior seeks to make teachers aware and capable of teaching the reflective practice process so that they can contemplate sharing the method with students. The process envelopes the learning content and context of an experience in a circular method that reinforces the learning for students, which becomes both objective and subjective. The reflective practice process reduces student rote memorization, which is often easily forgotten. The interactive exercise will engage teachers for insights and social learning that could improve the reflective practice process when teaching.
