Abstract: Students and faculty have been experiencing mental health diagnoses from the stress of performing workloads that are time intensive. There are factors of student preparation for asynchronous learning virtual platforms that require skills that they lack. Faculty is trained using one instructional model as an overarching approach for diverse learners in an MBA course requiring no prerequisite, who are employed in a variety of industries as professionals and earned their bachelor degrees as adults. AI will be explored as a technique in teaching statistical analysis forecasting aligned with the Boyer model, to measure its effectiveness to elucidate the need for adaptation reflecting Situational Leadership and Sande Leadership Models.
