Abstract: New Ways of Working require constant change. Organizational change can only happen when individuals change. This workshop will discuss the importance of teaching personal change in Change Management Courses. Participants will engage in an abbreviated format of the transformative personal change process from the book Immunity to Change (Kegan & Lahey, 2009; Minds at Work, 2024). Integrating the Immunity to Change process with topics from Atomic Habits (Clear, 2018) will also be discussed.
