How to Build Social Capital: Applications for Us (Academics) and Students

Do you have challenges in your workplace, or does everything go smoothly and just as you wanted/expected? If your answer is a resounding “no, ” then join us to create a Social Capital Map for faculty and to share experiences of 1) gaining social capital and 2) using it (or wishing you had it). To wrap up the session, we will transition to a discussion of where and how participants teach the concept of social capital within management courses – including the Social Capital Map used in the session.
