From Classroom to Boardroom: Empowering Future Managers with Best Practices through Scenario-Based Learning

This session explores the impact of teaching best management practices through real-world scenarios, aimed at enhancing student confidence and competence. After experiencing doubts about the effectiveness of traditional management education, the speaker developed a hands-on approach to equip students with key skills such as change management, hiring, firing, motivating, delegation, etc. By simulating typical managerial challenges, students actively apply best practices, reflect on improvements, and gain valuable insights. This session will demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach, using live scenarios to engage the audience in exercises that bridge classroom learning with practical managerial success.
