Augmenting Strategic Management with Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming strategic management education, particularly at the graduate level. This session explores the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini into pedagogy, emphasizing their application across strategic management processes: environmental analysis, strategy formulation, implementation, and feedback. Attendees will experience hands-on demonstrations of AI-supported tools, including generative models and productivity software, applied to real-time strategy exercises. The session will address ethical considerations, challenges, and opportunities in adopting AI for teaching. Educators will gain actionable insights for fostering innovation, agility, and ethical decision-making in strategic management classrooms. Interactive participation is encouraged; bring devices.
