Professors on Reddit, what do we talk about?

The popular site reddit.com includes a series of “subreddits” that create communities of people with similar interests. I saved the top 10 posts in r/professors for a period of one week during the middle of the Fall semester and coded for the type of information that was shared. This exercise provided me with a snapshot of what most worries/frustrates/entertains professors at the moment. During this session, I plan on discussing these different topics, looking for similar experiences with the participants and discussing possible solution to the concerns, sympathize with the frustration, and laugh at the funny bits.
