GenAI-Powered Coaching: A Companion in Socio-emotional Skills Development in Management Curricula

Coaching has been a crucial component of management education thanks to its positive effects on developing students’ technical as well as socio-emotional skills. This experiential activity session introduces a coaching application powered by generative AI and walks participants through the steps to be able to apply it in their courses. After personally engaging with the application, participants will reflect on its strengths and weaknesses and how to implement it best to achieve their learning objectives.
