Case Studies for Improving Well-being and Communication in University Education in Japan and China
This case study, conducted by Professor Taku Watabe at Wuhan University of Technology and Teikyo Heisei University, examines interventions aimed at improving the well-being and communication skills of Japanese and Chinese undergraduates, graduate students, and faculty. The study integrates mindfulness, forest bathing, assertiveness training, active listening, and unconscious bias awareness to create a healthier educational environment.
