The musical is relevant for Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or Strategic Management courses through the use of video clips. By analyzing characters from the film, students explored the impact of selection, DEI practices, and team dynamics on organizational success and decline. Student feedback on the exercise was positive, with students enjoying the interactive and engaging nature of the activity.
