The Role of The Management Educator and Collaborative AI

Generative AI presents greater uncertainty and specific to what management educators can control within and beyond the context of the classroom. Given the amount of disruption projected with generative AI, will management educators have the same range of academic freedoms with the emergence of AI? And, if not, how will the role of management educator be defined differently? In this session, we also discuss how the role of management educator must prepare to thrive in the next decade. We discuss how generative artificial intelligence must embed collaborative AI - driven by human-AI collaborations and not just be subject to it.
