Supporting faculty to broaden their use of non-digital active learning methods in management education

This workshop focusses on supporting individual faculty to broaden their everyday teaching repertoire of learning activities, specifically underpinning increased deployment of active learning pedagogy involving analogue-heavy delivery methods, despite stricter resource constraints and reduced student engagement post-COVID. The workshop emphasis is on compressed exposure to four active learning methods, with just enough briefing and experience of the method, sufficient to stimulate ideas and reflections from participants The 60 minute workshop is geared towards substantial participant engagement. It features a custom-designed booklet which includes basic instructions, space for notes, reflective prompts, key references and a distinctive approach to articulating overall lessons.
