AI-Enhanced Video Storytelling in the Classroom: Rooted in Values

Storytelling through movies and digital media is a resourceful way of imparting management education, enabling students to connect theoretical ideas with organizational practices. This article discusses how Renderforest.com, an AI video-making software, can be integrated into classroom pedagogy. Unlike traditional media, Renderforest.com enables instructors to create short, customizable videos that focus on specific concepts. To support the course results, instructors can maximize learning by presenting guided situations, assigning team roles, and presenting critical discussion prompts. By translating abstract frameworks into dynamic narratives, students can translate theory into value-driven practice, and therefore strengthen comprehensive, critical thinking and analysis.
