Teaching for Impact: Crafting Lessons that Last in an Era of Changing Knowledge

In this session, participants will engage in an interactive mapping session, to generate, situate, and reflect on differing ways that learning can be structured, demonstrated, and assessed to deepen learning impact. Participants will also gain actionable examples of innovative methods-in-use by others that they may wish to incorporate into their own practice. The aim of the session is to help fellow educators identify methods and principles for designing learning experiences that are impactful (that result in lasting, actionable, learning) for students in an era when knowledge consumption and creation is rapidly evolving.
