Incubator & Paper Development Workshop for Management Education Scholarship

ABSTRACT: This interactive PDW workshop is a developmental incubator and paper development workshop for scholarly work within the management education domain. The editorial team from three management education journals, Journal of Management Education (JME), Journal of Management Inquiry (JMI), and Organizational Management Journal, will share insights on authoring for management education publications. The session will cover issues related to evidence of student learning and educational impact and provide, via roundtable discussion and developmental feedback on management education ideas and scholarship. Participants will be able to select between two options: the incubator or the paper workshop. Those who wish to share future research ideas, ideally with short abstract descriptions of current works-in-progress, will join the incubator, and those with full manuscripts will join the paper workshop.
