This Professional Development Workshop demonstrates how to design and deliver an experiential HR management capstone course built around real-client consulting projects. Grounded in experiential learning and professional identity development, the course is designed to help students navigate complex, ambiguous organizational problems while integrating knowledge from across the HR curriculum.
