Experiential learning at scale: Let’s build this model stronger for future generations!

This roundtable will be highly interactive, designed to foster dialogue and co-creation of ideas. The session will begin with a brief overview of the 2GR0 course design and its research focus on authentic experiential learning at scale. Participants will then engage in a short design-thinking activity to identify authentic challenges in their own contexts. Using live polling tools (to mimic a large class size), participants will share perspectives on key engagement strategies such as mentorship, reflection, and real-world deliverables. A student artifact from the GR0wth Venture Showcase will be presented to spark discussion on authenticity and scalability. The majority of the session will be devoted to open dialogue, where participants exchange feedback on the research design and propose adaptations for diverse disciplines. The roundtable will conclude with a reflective exercise, inviting participants to identify one actionable idea to implement in their practice. This format ensures collaborative learning and meaningful contributions to the ongoing research.
