Core Values, Elastic Strategies: a 58 Year Perspective

As we evolve through life and career, what must change? What should never change? What keeps us going? Those are the core questions for this session. I’ll bring my perspective from teaching organizational behavior for more than 50 years and encourage participants to bring theirs, whether they’re brand new or have been teaching for decades. The goal is an open and spirited dialog about the challenges, opportunities and personal meaning of teaching management, and how we can leverage our possibilities to make some corner of the world more productive, hopeful, and humane.
