Make Your Training & Development Class Experiential and Fun!

In this session, we describe how to incorporate experiential learning into any Training and Development course. This Human Resource Management course typically provides students with a rich theoretical background in the planning, implementing, and evaluation of a training program. However, equally if not more important is providing students with the opportunity to develop their own training skills. We discuss how we designed our courses to feature real, hands-on training experiences for our students. In addition to sharing our best practices and conducting an interactive training of our own, all relevant materials will be provided.
