Come learn about four management education scholarship of teaching and learning (SOTL) publishing outlets. Hear from editorial team members at the Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society’s (MOBTS) two journals: Journal of Management Education (JME) and Management Teaching Review (MTR), and our “neighborhood AOM journals”—Journal of Management Inquiry (JMI) and Organizational Management Journal (OMJ). You will learn about each journal’s mission and scope and determine which best suits your research. We will discuss each journal’s editorial philosophies, the submission and review process, aligning your manuscript with each journal’s sections, and special issue opportunities. The session will include a Q&A session and an opportunity to discuss your manuscript ideas with editorial team members.
