Bohmian Dialogue: Helping Students Think Together

This activity will teach participants how to use a variation of Bohmian Dialogue in their classes to help students transcend individual perspectives, suspend judgements, and mutually create new understandings. Whether used to explore a controversial social issue or as a prelude to a traditional management topic, dialogue creates a container for meaningful and safe discourse. Participants in the MOBTS activity will experience a dialogue circle that will elucidate the method and provide an opportunity to reflect on its alignment with the core values of our practice as educators.
