One Deck, Many Games: The Use of Card Games to Foster Understanding and Recollection of Course Concepts

In this session, we will introduce an experiential exercise using the OB Deck—a deck of cards containing core concepts from an Organizational Behavior (OB) textbook, intended to help students recall and reinforce conceptual knowledge in an MBA-level OB course in a fun way. We will guide the participants through three different variations of games that can be played using the same deck of cards and invite them to collaboratively brainstorm how else it can be used in their contexts, whether in an OB course or other management courses.
