In the last couple of years, the digital transformation has shown huge effects on economic, social and, technological conditions and due to that also on the requirements of the higher education and functional learning and development within companies.

SAP has established several approaches to foster their students learning and development, including specializations of studies,  onboarding, and learning formats.

Also the functional SAP HR Learning team has experimented with different formats to increase awareness and drive enablement related to agile principles, methodologies and tools. The formats applied range from “Agile Days” offering 24h non-stop enablement to Agile Circuits running over two months combining self-paced learning with group learning cycles. Madeleine and Markus will share their approach, experience and learnings moving agile beyond the buzz.
