Using AI in the classroom to enable INSAITs: Innovative Synergies to Advance Impactful Transformations

Abstract: The emergence of ChatGPT3 presents a significant threat to the integrity of traditional essay-style assessments and reports. In this interactive online session, I will share my Semester 1-2023 experience of redesigning the assessment system in the capstone for the Management and Leadership major in the top 50 globally Business School. Specifically, I will spotlight a novel multimedia team project, INSAIT (Innovative Synergies to Advance Impactful Transformations) that replaces a traditional team report in this unit of study, share my reflection on the advantages and disadvantages of this innovation and bring student voices and experiences into the session.
