The abstract is limited to 150 words. Please adhere to this word limit so that we may most efficiently lay out the conference program. The preferred format of your uploaded file is PDF, however DOC and DOCX are also accepted. Please upload all material as a single file.

We welcome interactive and experiential sessions that share insights into effective teaching practices and the experience of life as an educator. We are as interested in what works as well what does not work, as learning from failure in our view is part of the lived experience of the life-long journey of an educator. We do not wish to be prescriptive in saying what you should submit to the conference. You are the community of active management educators: from you will emerge best practice and themes.

A limited number of sessions will be eligible to be placed in the hybrid/virtual portion of our program during each concurrent session slot throughout our program. Opting into providing a hybrid session does not guarantee being hybrid in the program. Session cannot be altered from the format they are submitted as given the session proposal is being reviewed through the lens of the delivery format chosen and due to the programming constraints amongst virtual and hybrid options.

It is a conference norm for all MOBTS accepted papers and sessions to be placed in our Conference Proceedings. Please note that the MOBTS Conference Proceedings are assigned an ISBN# and considered a publication. Alternatively, you may opt to have only your abstract published in the proceedings and not your paper file.

New to the MOBTS system is the inclusion of your ORCID profile, option to share a photo link for the online program, and the ability to share your LinkedIn and Twitter profiles for greater amongst conference attendees leading up to and during the conference.
