Abstract: The emergence of Generative AI in higher education has sparked debates about its impact on knowledge acquisition and assessment methods. In response, educators are actively developing authentic assessments and experiential experiences aimed at enriching students' skills and knowledge. At the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London, innovative experiential learning approaches and authentic assessments have been implemented to enhance knowledge and skills acquisition. This panel showcases a series of insightful case studies on integrating inclusive experiential learning and authentic assessments into business and management curricula. Panellists will share reflections from their respective teachings and initiatives, offering insights into challenges and opportunities in integrating experiential learning in business and management education. At the heart of the panel’s discussion are inclusion and experiential learning, which align with the current debates in higher education. Actionable recommendations and ideas will be shared, and participants will engage in dialogue to enhance inclusive experiential learning discourse in the era of AI.
