Abstract: This 75-minute PDW is designed for management educators at all career stages to identify prospective Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SOTL) options based on their current modules/courses, interests, quandaries, and passions. Starting with an experiential icebreaker to generate connection and creativity, we will dive into idea-generation methods using reflection, small group discussion, Arts-based exercises, and a whole group dialog. Each participant will leave the session with an expanded network of management education SOTL scholars, a list of research options, a better understanding of the publishing landscape, and action steps for their next research project.
