Abstract: With the advent of AI, especially generative AI,all aspects of society have been impacted and we are seeing a sea change, whether it be writing pitch decks or even , making communication and education accessible. In this roundtable we want to explore how any research gets impacted with AI. Can it augment it, which it has already done, or replace or collaborate? What will it's impact be on quality? Will we be able to advance science faster and more accurately? Should we? Are we going to outsource thinking? what will be it's impact? should we guardrail it? if so, how?
