Abstract: Designed as an interactive discussion, this session will begin with introductions and be followed by an overview of X-Culture—an intensive global virtual teaming (GVT) collaborative available to faculty worldwide. I will discuss their implementation and assessment of this experiential learning method in an undergraduate capstone strategy course. Questions will be welcomed throughout the session, and time will be dedicated to discussing implementation with various student populations, possible learning outcomes, necessary facilitation skills, and other instructional design considerations.
