Abstract: The symbiotic relationship between artificial (AI) and human intelligence (HI) is a cornerstone of the evolving educational landscape. Instead of being viewed as adversaries, AI and HI can complement each other, often leading to increased comprehension, improved creativity, and enhanced problem-solving capabilities for management students. In this session, we will examine this symbiosis by emphasizing the augmentation of management education using AI. Session attendees will participate in a classroom exercise that demonstrates how AI can be interwoven into traditional management pedagogy. We will conclude this session with a discussion of ethics and educating students about the responsible use of technology.
