Abstract: Recognizing the transformative potential of AI tools for education as well as risks of unethical use, we propose innovative experiential learning exercises integrating AI. Our goal is to present two AI-powered roleplaying experiential exercises for teaching international business and management. This leverages AI’s capabilities while embedding ethical principles and experiential methodology. We aim to demonstrate AI’s ability to enhance critical thinking, decision making, and intercultural skills when thoughtfully implemented. By providing structured guidance and feedback, these exercises offer immersive learning about complex real-world topics.
