Abstract: This roundtable discussion explores the resurgence of Extracurricular Activities (ECAs) in Business Schools post-pandemic. Focusing on their integration into educational frameworks, the session will delve into how ECAs enhance learning outcomes and professional development. Participants will examine ECAs' roles in student engagement, retention, and career readiness, sharing best practices and diverse experiences from various institutions. The session aims to foster a dynamic exchange of ideas, encouraging collaborative efforts to innovate ECAs in business education. This discourse is critical for aligning ECAs with contemporary industry demands and evolving educational paradigms.
